ABSTRACT

ABSTRACT:   In this paper, new indexes are used to evaluate the temporal and spatial variation irregularity of rainfall erosivity, including the cumulative relative deviation rate (C r ), long-term variation rate (L r ), general deviation index (I d ) and special deviation index (D i ). The results showed that, since 1980s, the change process of rainfall erosivity in Zhejiang province was decrease-increase-decrease. But the change of rainfall erosivity was more complex in the early 21th Century. The Id and Di obviously showed the typical low value areas and high-value areas. In the spatial difference, the Id and Di of the eastern coastal area of Zhejiang were significantly larger than those of other regions (p < 0.01).
