ABSTRACT
The objective of the article is to prepare a lucid mathematical model of circuits containing semiconductor devices (MOSFET and BJT) to analyse the circuits with much ease. The mathematical modelling, using partitioning method of matrix, can be used to analyse the complicated circuits of amplifiers.
