ABSTRACT
A wideband MIMO antenna whose isolation is very high is presented in this report. The designed antenna consist of two symmetric elements which are present on the top surface and isolation is significantly improved by placing two elements orthogonally and wideband is achieved by modifying ground structure. The optimized dimension of designed antenna is 39 mm × 19 mm and thickness is 1.6 mm. The proposed designed antenna is carried on HFSS software whose bandwidth ranges from 4 to 15.2 GHz along with lower mutual coupling (< −20dB) and the value of ECC is less than 0.1 throughout the frequency band. The radiation pattern of antenna is quasi-omnidirectional.
