ABSTRACT

Mentoring is often recognized as a useful tool of human resource development. The essence of mentoring is the support that the mentor gives the mentee, based on the relationship between the entities involved in this process, in order to develop the mentee’s potential. The article presents the possibilities of using mentoring as a tool for the development of entrepreneurship among students. The considerations are based on the experience gained from the LIMBRA project’s mentoring program, which aims to prepare a startups for the raw materials industry.
