ABSTRACT

Restoration of cultural heritage sites and their adaptation in the modern urban environment as dominant objects is one of the most important issues in the development of historical cities.This paper presents the results of computational modeling with regard to step-by-step work to increase the volume of restoration building by basement floor construction: arrangement of bored injection piles, step-by-step soil excavation, construction of insitu reinforced concrete caisson and foundation plate. According to monitoring data, this method of basement floors construction excluded critical additional deformation of the structure and can be applied in similar conditions.
