ABSTRACT
In this work a biosensor developed using AuNPs-SPCE by amperometry for determination of As(V) based on the enzymatic activity of two enzymes, AcP and Tyr. The functioning principle is the decreased sustrate amperometric signal by the inhibits enzymatic activity of AcP after the addition of As(V). On this way is possible to determined arsenic concentration. The sensitivity of the analytical method whit incorporation of AuNPs was 0.01 µA µmol/L (RSD = 5%) with a detection limit of 1.23 µmol/L. The linear response was in the range 1.0 to 20.0 µmol/L using buffer acetate 0.10 mol/L pH 6.0.
