ABSTRACT
Knowledge is the intellectual capital of an organization. The important aspect of knowledge management (KM) is how people in an organization share their knowledge. Knowledge sharing (KS) and different local wisdom (LW) in the workplace will provide different patterns. To know the tendency of researchers about KS on LW in the workplace, it is necessary to conduct a systematic literature review using publish or perish (PoP) and preferred reporting items for systematic reviews and meta-analyses (PRISMA 2020) applications, which collected 37 articles published from 2017 to 2021. The results show that there are several tendencies of researchers in examining KS on LW, but few that relate to the workplace. The research of KS on LS in the workplace, such as libraries, is still very interesting to study.
