ABSTRACT

This study aims to determine the variables that affect or the antecedent variables of operations strategy and their impact on company performance. The variables to be tested are the influence of operations strategy, supply chain management, information technology (IT), and human resources (HR). The study was conducted on construction companies in Indonesia with a population of 540 and 50 samples taken with the consideration that these numbers were representative of each region. The analysis tool uses smart PLS. The results of the study show that supply chain management and HR have an effect on operations strategy, IT has no effect on operations strategy and operation strategy has an effect on company performance.
