ABSTRACT
This study aims to determine the practice of human resource management, especially aspects of green training. This research was conducted in June 2022 by analyzing data from the Scopus Database through Harzing's Publish or Perish. Data were processed and analyzed using the VOSViewer software to determine the bibliometric development map of research about green training. The results show that the number of studies on green training will increase in 2020. The citation presentation shows that the Journal of Cleaner Production is more often used for publications with the theme of green training with high citations so that it can be used as a reference for further research.
