ABSTRACT

Green Human Resource Management (HRM) strives to influence employee behavior to assist firms in achieving their green objectives. Green HRM research is relatively sparse, particularly in Indonesia. The bibliometric methodologies were used to investigate green HRM to give a relevant reference for further research. This study aims to conduct a comprehensive bibliometric literature review on Indonesian Green HRM. The publications for this study came from the Scopus database, and there were 13 articles about Indonesia's green HRM from 2019 to 2022. VOSviewer software is used by researchers to perform co-authorship, co-occurrence, and citation analysis. Furthermore, they are also related to dominant themes such as green human resource practice, environmental performance, and green supply chain practice. The importance of this research lies in the discovery of the notion of green HRM studies, which can aid in developing conceptual frameworks in future research. Meanwhile, the ’ 'study's limitation is that the publications it analyzed were all retrieved from the Scopus database, thus, it lacks comparable data. As a result, future studies will need to employ a comparative analysis approach that integrates various databases.
