ABSTRACT
The purpose of this study was to determine the physical quality of the use of Moringa leaf extract and honey in the manufacture of transfersome as an oral gel. The method used is a laboratory experiment with a completely randomized design using six treatments and three replication. The transfersome was made using the vortexing sonicator method. The results of statistical analysis showed that the use of Moringa leaf extract and honey in transfersome formulations with different levels did not have a significant effect (p>0.05) on pH, total dissolved solids (TDS), and color intensity L*a*b*, but is having a significant impact (p<0.05) on the value of electrical conductivity. The study concludes that the use of Moringa leaf extract and honey with a ratio of 3:2 (F3) showed the best results in the transfersome formulation so F3 can be used as an excellent transfersome gel material.
