ABSTRACT

Katura Batik Cirebon is a business engaged in the sale of Cirebon typical batik with various types of materials such as silk, semi-silk, and sanwos cotton. Now, the system runs where consumers still have to come directly to the store to purchase the product. Constraints faced by the store today are difficult to market or sell its products outside the city or region. The purpose of this study is to design an e-commerce system to support the sales process which can make reservations online and provide information up to date. This research uses a qualitative case study method of analysis that is done by literature study, data collection (observation), documentation regarding natural dyes and batik techniques, and interviews. This research is carried out in an e-commerce application for Katura Batik Cirebon stores to facilitate the customer to see the product by accessing the website e-commerce store.
