ABSTRACT

The use of social media, which was originally a network of friends, has now been used as a marketing communication model. One of them is used by the London School Beyond Academy (LSBA) which trains students and graduates of LSBA named @kiossahabat.id. This is an Instagram account that is managed as Social Media Marketing (SMM). LSBA accepts adolescents with special needs especially those categorized as Asperger. There are four steps in SMM: Listen, Communicate, Engage, and Collaborate. This study aims to understand how the implementation of these steps is carried out by Asperger individuals. A case study of a descriptive qualitative research methodology on @kiossahabat.id stated that the ability of Asperger individuals can be directed to carry out marketing activities mentored by their supervisor. In the communication concept, it was found that this concept is not only focused on the content material produced but responses to content itself are a form of communication.
