ABSTRACT

During the pandemic, the new culture of teaching has changed massively. Teachers’ digital skills are one of the essential skills in the era of digital learning. Unfortunately, after two years of the learning process was implemented the digital skills, and the competence of teachers in Indonesia is in a moderate, meaning that skills in using and utilizing digital media for learning are still mediocre. This condition will certainly have an impact on the quality of education received by students. This article aims to provide an overview of this phenomenon. Literature review in the past decade will be analyzed systematically.
