ABSTRACT
Recently, the structural maintenance way is transforming from the time-based maintenance (TBM) to the condition-based maintenance (CBM). On the other hand, to be realized the CBM, the end of service duration must be predicted and be decided taking measures by applying the state-of-the-art digitalized technologies. But it is impossible to carry the technologies for all huge number of bridges, cause to need huge budget. For solving the issues many kinds of solution were proposed. The most effective method is to narrow down the target by screening. By using vehicles such as city bus, the road roughness condition, bridge condition, and underground condition and so on will be measured frequently. And these are given us for analyzing as big data to evaluate the road condition. This result can indicate the end of service, even if the deterioration mechanism is unknown.
