The economical bridge health monitoring system with displacement monitoring combined with heavy vehicle capture as the main monitoring content has been designed and developed, The application research of practical bridge was carried out. A 2×25m span prestressed reinforced concrete T beam is selected as the research object, Real-time monitoring of vertical displacement of beam, Statistics of out of limit quantity, Record the out of limit value. The response law of bridge structure under external load during operation period is discussed and the trend of structural bearing capacity is monitored. The results showed that: The R&D system can accurately capture the effect of causing structural overrun response, and conduct real-time early warning for emergencies; The monitoring and analysis results can effectively guide the scientific management and maintenance of the bridge.
