ABSTRACT

The purpose of this study is to investigate the factors that influence Sahel e-government service quality in Kuwait. The study is using a quantitative approach where a questionnaire was developed to collect data. The target is citizens and residents that use the e-government services. The required sample is 385. Findings will reveal the most important factors influencing the service quality of Sahel services, which will help in suggesting recommendations to enhance the use and dependency on Sahel services. The research findings could prove of value to the government of Kuwait in order to enhance the acceptability of Sahel services and enhance the adoption of Sahel e-government services.
