ABSTRACT
There are many cases where shield tunnels are constructed adjacent to existing railways, roads, infrastructure, etc. in narrow and congested urban areas. Recently, the situation of adjacent construction has become more severe. Therefore, we collected and studied about 280 cases of adjacent construction in Japan, and conducted basic analysis and correlation analysis in order to grasp their trends. Regarding the relationship between predicted and measured values of displacement of existing structures or ground surface, we analyzed the accuracy of predicted analysis values and their influencing factors using a histogram analysis method of cumulative relative frequency.
