ABSTRACT

The success determinants of agricultural firms are the focus of this research, which is a part of a larger study. It makes an effort to provide some of the findings from a survey that aimed to rank the HRM (Human Resource Management) departments of fundamental agricultural businesses. Research on human resource management in basic agricultural companies has been published in a number of countries. Model training, feature selection, and preprocessing are the three phases that make up the suggested approach. When it comes to preprocessing approaches, the methods chosen are heavily influenced by the characteristics and intended application of large data. The RFE technique relies on a ranking algorithm that sorts the dataset from best to worst according to the specified important attributes. The MAResnet-BiGRU improved the accuracy of the model training process. With a 96.34% accuracy rate, the proposed technique surpasses GRU and Resnet.
