ABSTRACT

Educators and online customer service representatives are two examples of examples of employment that are being taken over by chatbots, which are replacing jobs that were formerly handled by human people. The functionality of chatbots continues to advance, beginning with rule-based chatbots and continuing into the current period of rapid growth in artificial intelligence (AI). Nowadays, chatbots are able to “chat” like a human being, and they are also able to learn from their experiences. Openai GPT will be utilised in order to create a chatbot, which is the objective of this project. It is possible that this new technology will alter the course that future research on chatbots will take. On the basis of the findings that were gathered from our investigation, we provide a number of suggestions for the direction of future research.
