ABSTRACT
Many road bridges and conventional construction method tunnels will come to its rehabilitation stage, and almost bridges and tunnel linings must be maintenance or repair. Moreover, Hokkaido is northern part of Japan, which is cold and showy region. The risk of frost damage is very high. There have been cases in which the bridges, culverts and road tunnel linings has deformed as a result of freezing in winter. Damage distinguishing factor in the winter is a significant impact on the degradation process of the road bridges and tunnels. So, we focused on the infrastructure’s inspection data of road bridge, tunnel lining and culvert box in Hokkaido.
