ABSTRACT

To ensure the operation safety of regional bridges, Multi-objective optimization need to be considered for lightweight monitoring of medium and small bridges. By decomposing decision variables and introducing tabu search and fuzzy membership, a multi-objective optimization system for lightweight monitoring decision of medium and small bridges is constructed based on NSGA-II with maximum operation risk and minimum monitoring cost. By taking a lightweight monitoring of medium and small bridges in a county as an example, the objective function performance of NSGA-II optimization method and AHP method under multi-objective is analyzed, and the research results show that lower cost decision scheme can be obtained by using NSGA-II optimization method with the same operating risk and constraint conditions, and the monitoring cost is reduced by 13.2% which proved the feasibility and effectiveness of the optimization methods.
