ABSTRACT

This chapter examines the future trends and advances associated with the hybridization techniques of renewable energy processes. Our focus in this chapter is on the usage of hybrid engineering techniques that can boost the consumption of green energy. In hybridization, we mix various renewable sources of energy. These sources include solar, wind, biomass, and hydro, which overcome our limitations of single-source dependency. Energy reliability increases and becomes more efficient. The introduction highlights the necessity of hybrid energy systems in the near future to meet global energy demands while reducing overall carbon footprints. Methodologically, this chapter examines some cutting-edge hybrid engineering techniques. They include multi-source energy integration, innovative grid developments, and novel storage solutions. Performance optimization models that rely upon artificial intelligence and predictive analytics have also been mentioned. Our findings showcase that hybrid renewable systems are potential candidates to outperform conventional systems in terms of efficiency, operational costs, and carbon emissions. Focusing on scalable and sustainable solutions, we look forward to the future generation of hybrid renewable technologies that will serve as a roadmap and influence clean energy innovators and academics alike.
