ABSTRACT
Recently, new criminal cases of forging AIS trajectory to conceal the true whereabouts of ships and attempting to cover up illegal and criminal activities have occurred frequently, which is posing a serious threat to maritime safety. By summarizing typical cases of forging ship AIS trajectory, this paper deeply explores the occurrence mechanism of the problem and the components of simulation equipment, and analyzes the technical characteristics of the false ship AIS dynamic and static information, along with the broadcast protocol. In this paper, an innovative generalization feature completeness inference algorithm and a linear deduction training technique of a discrete model based on an improved KNN model are proposed to realize the effective identification and investigation of false AIS trajectories. Through technological innovation, system construction and practical application, this study explores a set of false ship trajectory solutions, and effectively improves the intelligence level and response speed of regulatory authorities, making significant contributions to maintaining the safety and order of maritime navigation.
