ABSTRACT
Optimism significantly increases the healing and well-being of COVID-19 survivors who are experiencing long-covid. This study aims to test the effectiveness of Integrative Counseling to Increase Optimism in Covid-19 Survivors. Ego State Counseling (ESC), Cognitive Behavioral Counseling (CBCT), and the integration between ESC and CBC of both treatments to help treat optimism in COVID-19 survivors. This research design is an experimental approach with a pretest-posttest control group design. It used the Life Orientation Test-Revised (LOT-R) scale to measure optimism. It took 40 COVID-19 survivors. The data were analyzed through one-path ANOVA. It concludes that integrative counseling is effective in increasing optimism in Covid-19 survivors.
