ABSTRACT
Post Occupancy Evaluation (POE) is essential for healthy projects, yet its insights often go underutilized. This study assesses the functionality of Ardhi University's Lands building, focusing on space use, security, accessibility, cleanliness, air quality, temperature, noise, light, and energy. Occupants' feedback, collected through questionnaires, and a walkthrough (observations), revealed POE's underutilization. Although satisfaction with the Lands building's comfort was high, there were disparities in unit satisfaction responses. Advocating for POE integration into project planning, the study emphasizes its potential to enhance future project outcomes and the importance of incorporating occupants' perspectives into evaluation processes.
