ABSTRACT
Social capital is a resource derived from interactions within a community or group, encompassing emotional bonds such as trust, reciprocal relationships, social networks, values, and norms that facilitate coordination and cooperation to achieve shared goals. This study aims to analyse social capital and the implementation of the Family Hope Program (Program Keluarga Harapan/PKH) in Baktijaya Village. A descriptive quantitative method was employed, with data collected through interviews and questionnaires. The study targeted the Beneficiary Group (Kelompok Penerima Manfaat/KPM) as recipients of the Family Hope Program. Using the Slovin formula, a sample of 202 respondents was drawn from a population of 410. The findings reveal that: (1) the social capital within the Family Hope Program in Baktijaya Village achieved an average score of 3.34, categorised as high, indicating that social capital among the Beneficiary Group is well-established; and (2) the implementation of the Family Hope Program received an average score of 3.49, also categorised as high, demonstrating that the program is being effectively carried out in Baktijaya Village.
