ABSTRACT
This study examines adolescent well-being based on tazkiyatun nafs at Pondok Jiwa Pesantren Darut Tasbih, Tangerang Regency. Initial interviews revealed that more than 35 adolescents at the Islamic boarding school experienced mental disorders from various factors, including anxieties that led to the teachings of drugs and alcohol, trauma from family, school, and community problems, and the practice of black magic. The Darut Tasbih Islamic Boarding School implements the tazkiyatun nafs method as a 24-hour healing approach. This study aims to understand better how tazkiyatun nafs contributes to students’ mental well-being at Darut Tasbih.
