ABSTRACT
Landslides have been a prevailing yet unpredictable geo hazard for ages. This disaster leads to sever consequences to roadways, railways, building and many more. Preventing the landslide has become the talk of the hour. For doing so a deeper understanding of the topography of the region including its mineralogy is important. In the current study, the landslides occurred in the year 2024 has been undertaken. Based on the analysis of these landslides which has occured at various locations and detailed study of geotechnical properties important lessons learnt are presented.
