ABSTRACT

This research examines the lifelong learning process within the Tarekat Qadiriyah wa Naqsabandiyah (TQN), focusing on its inputs, processes, outputs, and educational impact. Employing a qualitative approach through documentary studies and observations, the study uses descriptive analysis with an adult education framework. The findings reveal that the learning process at TQN—conducted through majlis taklim and rooted in religious spirituality—exemplifies lifelong education. This process is continuous throughout life, guided by well-defined and systematically structured objectives, curricula, and methods that have been refined over time. The primary outcome of this education is the attainment of profound spiritual experiences, fostering inner peace and offering solutions to life's challenges. The broader impact includes enhanced peace, tranquillity, and well-being, contributing to mental resilience. This aligns with the goals of quality education by promoting lifelong learning opportunities and strengthening community resilience.
