ABSTRACT

This paper presents an intelligent diagnostics framework for a heritage palace, focusing on a multi-modal sensor fusion approach to ensure cyber-secure structural assessment. The article proposes a diagnostic model that is a key part of the facility information audit that combines structural monitoring data based on the surveying and geotechnical readings captured by the geodetic and fiber-optic sensors, all managed by a robust IT infrastructure. The core of this framework lies in the application of machine learning algorithms to process and interpret the vast, multi-source dataset. This approach enables advanced anomaly detection and predictive analysis, moving beyond simple data collection to create a comprehensive knowledge base of the palace's structural health. Furthermore, the authors address the critical issue of cybersecurity, analyzing potential threats to data integrity and system reliability within the monitoring network. By integrating technical diagnostics with cyber protection, this study highlights the need for a holistic, secure approach to preserving cultural heritage in the digital age.
