ABSTRACT
SMEs that once relied solely on human resources now use IT in all processes, from raw material acquisition to distribution, to stay competitive. By improving asset relationships, enabling information exchange, and fostering long-term cooperation, information technology supports supply chain digitalization and sustainable competitiveness. Green supply chain management, such as involving suppliers in recycling and eco-friendly packaging, can also reduce production costs and boost success. The study aims to explore how Digital Supply Chain Management (DSCM) might help Small, and Medium-Sized Enterprises (SMEs) become more climate change resilient. Climate change poses a significant threat to global supply networks, and MSMEs are particularly vulnerable due to their low resources and inability to adapt. Using digital technologies could help MSMEs become more resilient to climate change-related disturbances. Understanding how SMEs may use DSCM to lower climate risk, improve sustainability, and ensure business continuity is the goal of this study.
