ABSTRACT
This research is an extensive bibliometric review of talent, diversity, and workforce management studies based on 1,119 scholarly articles taken from the Scopus database. By using VOSviewer software, Science mapping analysis is conducted. This analysis collectively represents the intellectual structure, collaboration networks, thematic clusters, and future research trends in the area.
Co-citation analysis identified the basis clusters as performance-driven diversity, gender and identity theories, and international HRM. Co-authorship analysis identified leading contributors, and the dominance of collaborative networks led by countries, namely the United States, the United Kingdom, and Australia. Bibliographic coupling revealed high-impact documents with thematic similarity, and keyword co-occurrence analysis yielded important concepts like inclusion, strategic HRM, and gender diversity. It also revealed emerging interests in intersectionality, AI in HRM, and hybrid workforce models.
This study has paradigmatic contributions to diversity-related HR research development and direction. Its conclusions underpin follow-up research that combines strategic, socio-cultural, and technological lenses to guide inclusive and adaptive labor practices
