This research paper investigates a diversity of traditions in e-waste supervision and informs alternates and solutions comprising management and further instructions and principles to be observed. It is a comparative analysis of the legal frameworks of Uttarakhand and other cities of India. E-waste intended at the end users level has progressed vastly in our daily natural life. Conformist methods have experienced momentous alternative, ensuing in an operative trade seizure. Selling, storing, disposal, recycle, assortment outlines have all been replaced due to the exponential progression in demand and end product. Researcher has put a prominence on posing all-inclusive data which could be obliging to the governing actions in responsibility of surplus managing or the creating of altered automated stratagems, and the procedure fabricators. Efficient recycling practices and responsible disposal mechanisms are crucial for minimizing environmental damage and resource depletion.
