ABSTRACT
This study intended to focus on investigating utilization of social media and its influence on effective learning and career growth. This paper aims to investigate the influence of Nonaka's knowledge generation spiral model, Socialization, Externalization, Combination, and Internalization on learning effectiveness, and career growth in social media ecosystems among higher education students. 713 students were used for this study from humanities, arts, and computer science students aged 18-26 years. The evaluation is done using JASP, an open-access statistical software. Data evaluation demonstrates the positive relationship between SECI and learning effectiveness and career growth. However, it was concluded that effective learning and career growth had no immediate effects of social media.
