ABSTRACT
The results of the organisational culture study as an instrument of strategic changes implementation are presented. The approaches of various authors to the possibility of introducing changes to organisational culture are analysed. A dialectical relationship between organisational culture and the implementation of strategic changes has been identified: the implementation of a strategy may require changes in organisational culture; in turn, a strong organisational culture can influence the strategic choice. The basic elements of organizational culture changes for successful strategic changes implementation are defined.
