ABSTRACT
The objective of this chapter is to examine the role of Pentecostal Churches in national development in Nigeria from a phenomenological perspective. The methodology adopted is a historical survey research design and a descriptive analytical approach employing oral interviews. The study shows that Pentecostal Churches occupy a significant space in the sustainable development of the country as they perform different roles ranging from economic and political to religious.
