ABSTRACT
Kwame Karikari is a Ghanaian academic, trainer and journalist. He is the founder and former Executive Director of the Media Foundation of West Africa (MFWA). He has also worked as a professor of Journalism and Mass Communication, Director General of the Ghana Broadcasting Corporation (1982–1984) as well as a Chairman of the Graphic Communications Group Limited. Karikari has been involved in training journalists in several countries in Africa over the span of the last few decades and is the author of The Paradox of Voice Without Accountability in Ghana (2014).
