ABSTRACT

This chapter provides a brief overview of the start and growth of the Principles for Responsible Management Education (PRME) with a focus on the initiative’s impactful relationships with the wider community. While the history and development of PRME has been documented in several previously published articles (Kell and Haertle, 2013; Haertle and Miura, 2014; Godemann et atl., 2014; Haertle et al., 2017), this chapter looks at the initiative’s evolution from a call to action to a global movement through the analytical lens of systems leadership.
