ABSTRACT
This chapter will examine the last 40 years of this long battle to end the leaded petrol era and in particular how companies kept polluting our world for many decades after incontrovertible evidence of its health dangers. The chapter ends with lessons for governing the end of similar harmful and dangerous technologies.
