ABSTRACT

The design and construction of the new company management system based on relevant stakeholders is a complex undertaking, which contains six methodological milestones:

A set of premises having in mind the company as an ecosystem, the specificity and complexity of the relevant stakeholders-based management system, and the predominant managerial approaches used in the companies;

Vision and leadership focused on the relevant stakeholders, being elaborated the features of the company leadership focused on the relevant stakeholders;

Design of a new strategy with specific characteristics, analytically described in the study;

Remodelling of the company, its management system and its subsystems centred on the company value chain activities, in order to maximize company performance and competitiveness;

Selection and short presentation of the 110 approaches, methods, and techniques useful in the construction and operation of the company-relevant stakeholders-based management system;

Construction of the new organizational culture and subcultures, being then discussed the premises of the approach, the main characteristics, and nine main ways to proceed.

Together, these essential management fields represent the content of the company-relevant stakeholders-based management system.
