The notion of a ‘circular economy’ might sound esoteric but be assured that we’re all caught up in it every day in our homes, our jobs and our lives. 1 It’s a topic more commonly, but more narrowly referred to as waste management and recycling and is also associated with the term ‘zero-waste’ economy. 2
