ABSTRACT
This final chapter of the edited book provides a summary of the collection: highlighting the various disciplinary approaches, themes, and European contexts discussed as well as methodologies used. The chapter outlines directions for future research, focusing on the changing character of the film industry, including the impact of the COVID-19 pandemic as well as technological, environmental, and human resource challenges and opportunities.
