ABSTRACT
This chapter provides an innovative way of understanding the importance of communication and personality development skills for research and its related activities. It was again an experiment that proved to be successful in making the research fraternity personally confident in their chosen career path and insightful from a research perspective. The Yours Truly team customized the theatrics methods which they have been using for different customers (corporate training for different purposes, students of different age groups and subject domains, NGOs, etc.) for the need of academic research. This practical and hands-on method of improving the fellows’ interpersonal and communication skills made them confident in the research they were doing, specifically for their STRIDE projects. All the concepts, activities and their impact have been cohesively expressed to make readers understand the importance of theatrical methods in general and specific to research from this chapter.
