ABSTRACT
This chapter is a commentary on Chapter 6: Re-charting the Victorian Charter of Human Rights: Advancing Enforcement in Human Rights Legislation. This commentary argues that the focus on human rights enforcement is crucial for attainment of gender-specific rights.
