ABSTRACT
This chapter is a commentary on Chapter 9: Reconsidering the Role of the Victim in Criminal Injuries Compensation. This commentary focuses on victim-blaming in crimes compensation decision-making and the difficulty of drafting legislation that could remove misogynistic practices from legal processes.
