This chapter is a commentary on Chapter 4: The Disenfranchisement of Aboriginal Women: Commonwealth Legislative Disability and Incarceration Disqualifications. This commentary focuses on the potential practical application of such the proposed amendments from an informed Aboriginal woman’s perspective.
