ABSTRACT
This chapter summarises the findings of a research project conducted at the Institute of Law Studies of the Polish Academy of Sciences. The project focused on analysing the institutional cooperation between law enforcement authorities in the EU Member States and the EU, as well as third countries, with regard to the protection of the EU financial interests.
