ABSTRACT
Chapters 4 and 5 introduce various methods to analyse neighbourhood activities and residents’ mobility. Chapter 4 focuses on utilising GPS and Wi-Fi data fusion and clustering to identify participating residents’ activities at diverse common spaces, while Chapter 5 outlines the methods of analysing passively sensed smartphone signals to visualise the mobility patterns of large groups of residents within the neighbourhood.
