ABSTRACT

The concluding chapter of this publication seeks to contribute to the ongoing discourse surrounding the future social impact of organizations. Primarily, it aims to assess the significance of the term “social impact” within the field of management studies, with a particular focus on the issue of corporate social responsibility. Secondly, it provides an analysis and synthesis of the chapters’ content, highlighting key findings and identifying areas for further research in the realm of the social impact of organizations. Thirdly, it outlines several directions for the development of social impact concepts, suggesting paths for future research, thereby identifying opportunities for further investigation.
